Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and plan activities: Create programs, events, and entertainment to enhance residents’ lives.
  • Promote resident wellness: Lead initiatives that inspire spiritual, cognitive, social, physical, and creative expressions.
  • Encourage participation: Promote and communicate upcoming activities to increase engagement.
  • Tailor activities: Adapt activities to fit residents' cognitive and physical abilities.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and personal skills.
  • Licenses: Valid driver’s license required.
