About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Research & Data Analyst to join the Medtech Data team at Clarivate Bangalore. In this role, you will work on market research, competitive analysis, clinical trial analysis, financial analysis, and forecasting. You will generate insights, produce market research reports, and lead custom consulting projects for medical devices and healthcare markets.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate within the Partnerships team to ensure high standards of data governance and visibility on commercial ROI across licensed and non-licensed data sources.

  • Work with commercial negotiators and licensing analysts to design, build, and maintain the workflow that enables team efficiency.

  • Administer a SharePoint-based database that stores information related to data partnerships, and manage the PowerBI dashboards that communicate governance requirements and commercial outcomes.

  • Interface with colleagues across departments, including technology and data teams, to integrate existing data on third-party assets and create workflows for requests, approvals, and logging.

  • Contribute to market research, competitive analysis, and consulting for the medical devices and healthcare markets.

  • Support the licensing manager in constructing a global workflow for non-commercially licensed sources.

  • Work with the senior licensing manager to manage commercial ROI, collaborating with product management and consulting teams.

  • Assist the head of partnerships in implementing insightful dashboards to inform business decisions.


Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • At least 5 years of experience working with SharePoint and PowerBI.

  • Strong experience with the MS 365 platform, including SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any discipline.

  • Proven experience in working with business systems to ingest, export, and transfer data, including interfaces with systems like JIRA.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and solve problems related to data pipelines.

You will join a team of around 40 colleagues based in India. The team specializes in market research and consulting for the medical devices and healthcare markets. The team is dynamic and skilled, offering a rich opportunity to contribute to a high-impact area within Clarivate.


Work Hours

  • Hybrid Work Mode: Monday to Friday

  • Working Hours: 12:00 PM IST to 9:00 PM IST
