Job Overview

We are hiring fresh graduates to join our Mumbai team as Accounts Receivable (AR) Callers in an international voice process. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to build a career in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM). Selected candidates will receive thorough training to perform outbound calls to insurance companies, follow up on pending claims, and support the AR process efficiently.

The role provides a strong foundation for career growth in AR management, denial management, and medical billing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform pre-call analysis and check account status using IVR or web portal services

  • Maintain proper documentation on client software, ensuring a clear audit trail for future reference

  • Record after-call actions and perform post-call analysis for claim follow-up

  • Assess and resolve enquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring first-contact resolution

  • Provide accurate service/product information to customers and verify necessary documentation, including authorizations, nursing notes, and medical records

  • Analyze accounts receivable data, identify underpayments, top denial reasons, and apply appropriate codes for documentation

Experience Required

  • Fresh graduates with no prior experience are eligible

  • Prior exposure to accounts receivable, medical billing, or denial management is a plus but not mandatory

Education & Qualification

  • Undergraduate/graduate in any discipline

  • Fluent in spoken English

  • Basic working knowledge of computers

  • Knowledge of healthcare terminology, ICD/CPT codes is advantageous

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in night shifts as per client requirements

  • Fast learner, adaptable, and detail-oriented

  • Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities
