Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Medical Writer to join our fast-growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about medical communications and aspire to transform complex clinical and scientific data into clear, compelling narratives for diverse healthcare audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development & Visual Design
Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for advisory boards, training modules, and marketing materials.
Convert complex medical data into clear, concise, and audience-friendly content.
Assist in writing and editing non-clinical medical communications under guidance from senior writers.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Ensure all content is scientifically accurate, consistent, and compliant with medical guidelines and project requirements.
Incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams to refine content while adhering to project deadlines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
Work with Graphic Designers to align visual elements with scientific content.
Learn best practices from Senior Medical Writers and maintain high editorial standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Educational background in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biotechnology, or related fields.
0–2 years of experience in medical communications or medical writing; freshers with relevant certification/course are encouraged to apply.
Strong command of English (written and verbal).
Excellent PowerPoint and slide design skills.
Ability to understand medical concepts and present them in a simplified and engaging manner.
High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
Prior exposure to medical communication agencies or pharma content.
Familiarity with client-facing deliverables in healthcare or life sciences.
