About the Role:
Join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team and play a vital role in ensuring patients have access to the medicines they need. As a Junior Associate – Manufacturing, you will contribute to production processes, maintain high standards of quality and safety, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, cGMP-compliant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute individually and collaboratively to achieve team production goals, coordinating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

  • Manage personal workflow and professional development while being accountable for assigned results.

  • Follow standard procedures to complete tasks of varying scope and complexity within deadlines.

  • Identify and resolve moderately routine problems, escalating deviations from standard procedures to supervisors.

  • Prepare, operate, and maintain components, materials, equipment, and machines for production runs, ensuring adequate inventory.

  • Perform in-process quality inspections and implement process and safety improvements.

  • Strictly adhere to plant safety regulations and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

  • Ensure all work meets established standards for accuracy, quality, and compliance.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical operations.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a cGMP-compliant environment.

  • Proficiency with manufacturing software and tools.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to mentor junior team members.
