Key Responsibilities

Medical Content Development

  • Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for advisory boards, training programs, and marketing initiatives

  • Translate complex medical and scientific data into clear, concise, and engaging narratives

  • Assist in writing and editing non-clinical medical communication content under senior team guidance

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with medical guidelines and project requirements

  • Incorporate internal and client feedback while maintaining strict adherence to timelines

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Project Managers to understand project scope and meet delivery deadlines

  • Coordinate with Graphic Designers to align scientific content with visual design

  • Collaborate with Senior Medical Writers to learn best practices and maintain editorial excellence


Education & Experience Requirements

  • Educational background in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biotechnology, or related disciplines

  • 0–2 years of experience in medical writing or medical communications

  • Freshers are encouraged to apply if they have completed a medical writing or medical communication certification/course


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Strong PowerPoint and slide design skills (mandatory)

  • Ability to understand medical concepts and present them in a simplified, audience-friendly manner

  • High attention to detail and strong learning mindset

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment


Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Prior exposure to medical communication agencies
