Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced RCM Accounts Receivable (AR) Process Trainer to guide, train, and mentor staff on accounts receivable operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AR calling, denial management, and hospital/dental billing, with the ability to deliver training programs, develop content, and support organizational transitions effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Train and mentor staff on AR processes, denial management, and RCM best practices.

  • Provide onboarding support and orientation for new leaders and employees.

  • Develop training materials, manuals, and e-learning content using tools such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or Adobe Weaver.

  • Ensure employees are equipped with practical knowledge to handle AR calling, payment follow-ups, and billing disputes efficiently.

  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and accuracy.

  • Collaborate with management to update processes, guidelines, and transition documentation.

  • Maintain records of training, performance metrics, and evaluation reports.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of RCM and AR processes, medical billing, and denial management.

  • Hands-on experience in hospital billing, dental billing, or related healthcare billing domains.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and training content development tools.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience as a Trainer, Process Coach, or Subject Matter Expert (SME).

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to handle complex billing scenarios.


Experience & Qualifications

  • Education: Any Bachelor’s degree.

  • Experience: 4+ years in medical billing, AR processes, and RCM, with at least 3 years in a training or coaching role.
