Technical Lead – C#.Net, SQL, MVC (Navi Mumbai)

Job Summary:

LabCorp, a global leader in healthcare diagnostics and drug development, is hiring a skilled Technical Lead for its Specialty Systems IT team in Navi Mumbai. This full-time, on-site role requires proficiency in C#.Net, WCF, MVC, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate will design, develop, test, and support enterprise applications, primarily serving the healthcare and oncology domains.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, debug, and document Windows and web applications using C#.Net, WCF, MVC, REST/SOAP.

  • Create and maintain secure APIs and web services.

  • Perform unit testing and develop technical design documentation.

  • Write and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.

  • Analyze existing applications and suggest improvements.

  • Support production systems, resolve incidents, and liaise with business users.

  • Conduct technical analysis and participate in architectural decisions.

  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security and coding standards.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Windows and Web-based application development using C#.Net.

  • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis & Design.

  • Proficiency with SQL Server and relational database modeling.

  • Hands-on experience with WCF, SSRS, MVC, REST/SOAP APIs.

  • Expertise in writing complex SQL queries, procedures, and triggers.

  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

  • Ability to document technical designs using Microsoft Word, Visio.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with Jenkins, DevOps, UCD, Veracode.

  • Experience with ExtraHop, Dynatrace, Splunk.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft TFS and Salesforce CRM integrations.

  • Understanding of Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.

  • Experience in the Oncology or Healthcare IT industry.
