Product Analyst – Healthcare

Join Infosys, a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting. As a Product Analyst – Healthcare, you’ll play a key role in digital transformation projects for healthcare clients, specifically focusing on Provider Revenue Cycle Management and Clinical Management domains.
Role Summary:
As a Product Analyst in the healthcare domain, you will collaborate with the consulting team across various project phases—from defining problems and exploring solution options to designing and deploying functional systems. You will work closely with clients, understand their challenges, and help them leverage healthcare technology for improved operational and clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in project phases including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, and solution deployment.
Conduct in-depth research including literature reviews, public domain analysis, and vendor evaluations.
Translate business needs into requirement specifications and define “to-be” processes and functional designs.
Configure product requirements and identify root causes for functional issues and inconsistencies.
Collaborate with clients to identify key business challenges and offer structured, data-driven solutions.
Build Proof of Concepts (POCs) and evaluate solution alternatives.
Contribute to internal process improvement and innovation initiatives.
Key Skills and Domain Knowledge:
Primary Domain Skills: Healthcare Provider domain with understanding of clinical and revenue cycle management
Logical reasoning and strong problem-solving skills
Awareness of current technology trends and digital healthcare tools
Excellent analytical and collaboration abilities
Experience or understanding of one or two healthcare subdomains is preferred
Eligibility Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, IT, engineering, or a related field
Prior experience in healthcare product analysis or consulting is a plus but not mandatory
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and handle client interactions
Self-driven with a keen interest in digital health innovation
