Job Overview

Solventum is seeking an experienced Product Analyst to join its Consulting, Outsourcing, and Analytics team. This role plays a critical part in shaping and delivering analytics-driven healthcare products by bridging business needs with technical development.

As a Product Analyst, you will act as a subject matter expert for analytics products, working closely with internal stakeholders, development teams, and external clients to translate clinical and business requirements into scalable technical solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the analytics product subject matter expert for internal teams, clients, and prospective customers

  • Capture and analyze customer insights through Voice of Customer (VoC) sessions

  • Translate business, clinical, and data requirements into clear functional specifications

  • Convert content into business rules, formulas, metrics, and data mappings

  • Develop mock-ups, frameworks, and detailed test plans

  • Collaborate with Product Owners to define and manage product backlogs

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and demos

  • Validate delivered solutions to ensure alignment with user and client expectations

  • Support client escalations, issue resolution, and defect management


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 7+ years of experience in one or more of the following roles:

    • Product Analyst

    • Product Manager

    • Business Analyst

    • Clinical Systems Specialist


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, or Healthcare Management

  • Strong experience translating clinical and customer needs into actionable product requirements

  • Hands-on experience with healthcare software and clinical documentation workflows

  • Proven customer-facing experience, including demos, pre-sales, or solution consulting

  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Kanban boards, CRM tools, and process mapping tools


Key Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities

  • Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration expertise

  • Ability to adapt quickly to evolving technologies and market demands

  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-through skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
