Overview

As a Senior Analyst in Product Stewardship and Regulatory Toxicology, you will ensure regulatory compliance by preparing and maintaining Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and managing chemical classification processes. This role offers exposure to international regulatory frameworks and collaboration with global teams, contributing to safe and compliant product management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand global chemical regulations including CLP and GHS to create compliant Safety Data Sheets (SDS) through thorough data evaluation and research.

  • Enter and manage regulatory data accurately in the SAP EHS module.

  • Interpret CLEO content and rule sets to derive hazard classifications.

  • Handle inquiries and change requests from internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support regulatory projects at country, regional, or global levels.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize daily work efficiency.

  • Maintain documentation in compliance with internal and international standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Chemistry, Toxicology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.

  • 3–4 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship, or Toxicology.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP EHS or similar regulatory software.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent command of English and effective communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams in a complex environment.

  • Result-driven, proactive, and adaptable with high learning agility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with global regulatory frameworks for chemicals and toxicology.

  • Familiarity with SDS authoring and hazard classification tools.
