Overview

Clarivate is seeking a Senior Research Analyst to join our PMR (Primary Market Research) team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on gathering insights from Healthcare Professionals to drive improvements in patient care and outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to work with a global, high-performing team on MedTech and Biopharma projects, contributing to syndicated reports, data products, and consulting engagements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end PMR projects, including identifying and recruiting qualified respondents for Biopharma and MedTech studies.

  • Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are fulfilled across all research activities.

  • Conduct high-quality international telephone interviews with healthcare professionals in markets including the US, UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain.

  • Collect, validate, and analyze primary and secondary data to generate actionable insights.

  • Maintain operational accuracy and data integrity for market research projects.

  • Support cross-functional teams by providing project updates, risk mitigation, and resource planning.

  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery.

  • Assist in budget planning, resource allocation, and tracking project expenditures.

  • Develop templates, training resources, and best practices for research teams.


Qualifications and Prerequisites

  • Graduate or Master’s degree in any discipline; life sciences, pharmacy, or pharmaceutical domain preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in primary market research, respondent recruitment, project management, or healthcare data analysis.

  • Strong knowledge of market research methodologies and project lifecycle management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for international stakeholder engagement.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with workflow/CRM platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

  • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in Life Sciences, Biopharma, or MedTech research projects.

  • Experience managing global stakeholders and cross-border research studies.

  • Familiarity with data validation, forecasting, and reporting tools.


About the Team

The MedTech Data & PMR team at Clarivate combines subject matter expertise and advanced analytics to deliver insights and actionable intelligence to healthcare organizations. The team operates across three locations: Bengaluru, India; Toronto, Canada; and Barcelona, Spain, and supports global MedTech and Biopharma clients in making strategic business decisions.


Work Schedule

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

  • Hybrid work model with flexibility to align with US and European time zones

  • Core working hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST
