Job Overview:
Join Sanofi's Business Operations team in Hyderabad, a dynamic internal resource hub focused on centralizing processes across Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, and more. We strive to reduce reliance on external providers and foster internal expertise.

The Team Lead – Registry Projects will oversee rare disease registry projects, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with global guidelines, working alongside Global Operations Leads and Medical Affairs teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Supervise registries progress, from start-up through completion, ensuring smooth project flow and timely execution.
  • Study Start-Up: Manage site visits, approvals, and contract finalization.
  • Quality & Safety: Oversee quality control, safety reporting, and compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines.
  • Training & Development: Provide training to new team members and support the overall team’s skill development.
  • Process Improvement: Lead initiatives for process optimization, ensuring continuous improvement in registry operations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and addressing concerns proactively.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 6+ years in clinical research, with 4+ years of clinical trial project management experience.
  • Project management certification is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CTMS, EDC systems, and ICH-GCP guidelines.
  • Experience managing global projects and teams in a matrix environment.

Education:
Degree in Pharma, Life Sciences, or related field with extensive project management or clinical trials experience.

Languages:
High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
