Position Overview

BIOAXIS Healthcare, a leader in high-quality Patient Education and Care Services through patient support programs, is seeking a dedicated Patient Support Coordinator to join our team. This role involves providing support to patients and assisting them with hospitalization, medication, disease management, and other health-related services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Telephone Support and Patient Service:

    • Provide guidance to patients regarding hospitalization, medication, disease management, drug administration, and other healthcare services.
    • Schedule patient visits and manage the distribution of medicines and consumables following company procedures.
  • Patient Communication:

    • Conduct outbound calls for patient reminders, satisfaction surveys, and other related communications.
  • Pharmacovigilance Management:

    • Manage pharmacovigilance reports including adverse events and product complaints related to pharmaceutical products.
  • Coordination and Data Entry:

    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless patient support services.
    • Perform data entry into the company’s information systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).

Qualifications Required

  • Education:

    • Degree from a recognized AEI/ATEI/IEK institution in Health Sciences or related fields.
  • Experience:

    • Previous experience in a relevant field is required.
    • Experience in handling information systems such as ERP or CRM systems is preferred.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Good command of the English language.
