Job Title: Specialist - Quality Services

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Specialist - Quality Services for our Bangalore office to deliver expert quality and regulatory support for our global Life Science product portfolio. The role involves advising internal teams and customers on regulatory requirements, improving digital workflows, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a second-level contact for quality and regulatory inquiries from commercial and customer-facing teams.

  • Provide consultative services and documentation support on regulatory topics.

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Quality, Regulatory, and Business to resolve customer inquiries.

  • Advise internal and external stakeholders on complex quality and regulatory matters.

  • Improve digital workflows to enhance customer service levels.

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific product portfolios or regulatory topics.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in digital solutions and regulatory processes.

  • Participate in global calls and coordinate with international teams when required.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or equivalent.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role within Life Science, Biotechnology, or related industries.

  • Understanding of quality and regulatory guidelines, especially for pharmaceutical raw materials (Excipients & APIs), is an advantage.

  • Proficiency with digital tools and software such as SFDC, SAP, and Microsoft 365.

  • Strong communication skills to explain complex topics to non-expert audiences.

  • Global mindset with willingness to participate in calls outside standard office hours.

  • APAC regional exposure is a plus.
