Work Schedule:

  • General shift pattern

  • Flexible Work-from-Office (WFO) days

  • Currently 2 days per month from office, may increase to 1-2 days per week depending on HR updates

Your Profile:

  • Graduate degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Pharmacovigilance or relevant clinical field

  • Minimum B2 level spoken and written proficiency in Spanish and English


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and download safety information from various channels

  • Answer voice calls for reporting safety information

  • Route safety reports to relevant departments (e.g., medical information, quality assurance)

  • Monitor mailbox, triage patient safety reports and emails

  • Maintain and archive emails and source documents; update shared folders

  • Handle source documents and enter data in front-end system as per triage criteria

  • Acknowledge receipt of information

  • Obtain consent from reporters to follow up on safety reports

  • Assess cases for missing information and conduct follow-ups until closure

  • Validate cases and perform initial checks

  • Search databases to avoid duplicate case entries

  • Request clarifications for data discrepancies found in source documents

  • Enter safety information in front-end system and evaluate case seriousness, including upgrades or downgrades in follow-ups

  • Evaluate dechallenge-rechallenge data

  • Perform translation and back-translation of safety information as applicable

  • Anonymize/redact source documents and Adverse Event (AE) forms where required

  • Review, receive, and archive source data records for missing or discrepant safety information

  • Identify discrepancies and maintain email clarifications for Source Data Verification (SDV)

  • Extract and process Individual Case Safety Reports from Health Authority databases/registries

  • Conduct document review processes

  • Complete daily tasks and workflows within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

  • Maintain data as per customer guidelines

  • Collaborate with project quality teams to improve case quality

  • Attend ongoing training sessions and develop professional skills

  • Complete assigned trainings and maintain training documentation timely

  • Coordinate with internal teams for necessary information required for daily operations

  • Assist in training and mentoring new joiners as needed
