Job Title: Software Engineer


Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Software Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications in line with best practices and organizational standards. You will work collaboratively with the development team, contribute to code reviews, and continuously enhance both your technical skills and the applications you build.


Key Responsibilities

Software Development

  • Design, develop, and unit test software applications based on project requirements and organizational standards

  • Collaborate with other programmers during the software development life cycle (SDLC)

  • Debug, refactor, and improve existing codebases and polish feature sets

Problem Solving & Technical Support

  • Analyze and resolve technical and application-related issues

  • Provide maintenance and support for existing applications

Independent & Team Work

  • Work independently on assigned tasks while coordinating effectively with team members

  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to knowledge sharing

Continuous Learning

  • Stay up to date with new technologies, frameworks, and best practices

  • Understand and apply organizational processes and methodologies


Desirable Skills and Experience

  • 4–8 years of experience in software development

  • Strong proficiency in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)

  • Experience with unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning

  • Familiarity with SDLC, version control systems (e.g., Git), and agile methodologies

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
