The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor will support the implementation of the talent and recruitment strategy at Innovaderm. This role partners with hiring managers to attract, source, and recruit top talent, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. From developing sourcing strategies to managing the full recruitment cycle, you will be essential in shaping the company's growth through talent acquisition.

πŸ”‘ Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for multiple positions
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication, timely feedback, and interview preparation
  • Work with hiring managers to identify job requirements and sourcing strategies
  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to attract exceptional talent

2. Sourcing and Screening

  • Identify the best sourcing channels for different positions and skillsets
  • Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates' fit for positions and the company culture
  • Prepare shortlist briefs for hiring managers based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit

3. Recruitment Strategy & Employer Branding

  • Support the development of the overall talent acquisition strategy
  • Lead initiatives to build and promote the company's employer brand
  • Establish a social media strategy to promote open positions and attract talent

4. Recruitment Process & Reporting

  • Manage the pre-employment process, including background checks and reference verification
  • Develop and maintain recruitment reports and analytics
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts

5. Collaboration & Onboarding

  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Participate in talent acquisition projects and initiatives

πŸŽ“ Education:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology, or a related field

πŸ›  Experience:

  • 5-7 years of in-house recruitment experience
  • Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and candidate sourcing strategies

πŸ’» Skills:

  • Bilingual in French and English (both written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated creativity in recruitment strategies
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and diplomacy
  • Knowledge of clinical practices and regulations (Health Canada, FDA)
