Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and handle equipment like reactors, centrifuges, filters, dryers, and clean room equipment in the API/Bulk Drug Manufacturing process.
Ensure adherence to Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental (QSHE) standards and GMP norms.
Handle documentation and report non-conformities, while implementing corrective/preventive actions as needed.
Monitor and optimize operational processes, troubleshoot issues, and adopt new technologies for improved performance.
Maintain compliance with changing regulatory requirements and ensure safety during manufacturing operations.
Requirements:
Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering.
Experience: 3 to 5 years in handling and supervising equipment used in API/Bulk Drug Manufacturing.
Skills: Knowledge of cGMP, safety standards, and quality systems. Familiarity with operational processes, troubleshooting, and documentation.
This position focuses on managing pilot plant production activities while ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency. The role will require you to stay updated with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
