Role Summary:

The Senior Manager for the Ig Portfolio will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and providing analytical insights for the Ig Portfolio, a key growth driver for US Hospital. This portfolio has seen a +21% CAGR since 2019 and generates approximately $800M in annual revenue. The Senior Manager will support the cross-functional team, including Finance, PGS, Buyer Decision Support, and Customer-Facing Analytics, ensuring alignment and execution of strategic initiatives. This role will involve making data-driven recommendations based on both internal and external sources, including performance data, market trends, pricing strategy, and chargebacks. Additionally, the Senior Manager will manage the engagement with an external licensing partner, Octapharma, ensuring proper coordination of purchases and supply.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Analysis and Recommendations:

    • Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance and market trends.
    • Lead efforts across Pfizer to develop and execute actionable plans in alignment with the Portfolio Lead and cross-functional teams (Finance, PGS, Buyer Decision Support, and Customer Facing Analytics).
    • Provide pricing analysis and recommendations, including forecasting Average Selling Price (ASP).
    • Coordinate and ensure the accuracy of data from various sources (IQVIA, Specialty Pharmacy Data, Payer Data, etc.).
  2. Collaboration with External Partners:

    • Manage the relationship with external licensing partner, Octapharma, coordinating supply, pricing, and volume forecasts.
    • Collaborate with Finance and PGS to align on supply forecasts and latest estimates.
  3. Cross-Functional Team Leadership:

    • Lead cross-functional team efforts, ensuring alignment of goals and strategies across various departments.
    • Act as a key advisor and provide insights based on analytical findings and data trends.
    • Ensure the successful execution of initiatives and projects in alignment with Ig Portfolio objectives.
  4. Supply and Performance Management:

    • Oversee the forecasting and management of Ig supply, working closely with the supply chain and finance teams.
    • Analyze and interpret data related to product performance and customer behavior to inform business decisions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Science, or related field.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial finance and marketing, selling, or contracting for pharmaceutical products, with a preference for experience in Alt Site, Hospital, and GPO spaces.
    • At least 6 years in a commercial finance role, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Experience working with Specialty Infusion Pharmacies is preferred.
    • Familiarity with Infused, Injectable, or Healthcare Professional (HCP) administered drugs is helpful.
    • Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, market analysis, and pricing strategies.
    • Expertise in performance analysis, competitive trends, and chargeback analysis.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills and Competencies:

    • Strong organizational and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
    • Expertise in leveraging analytical tools (Excel, Tableau) to analyze data and trends.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Leadership:

    • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with peers and senior leadership.
    • Proven track record in coaching and guiding colleagues to achieve business goals.

Travel and Work Environment:

  • Domestic Travel: Approximately 15% for internal and customer meetings.
  • Work Location Assignment: Hybrid (Combination of remote work and office presence).

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $120,800.00 to $201,400.00 annually.
  • Bonus Target: Eligible for a bonus of 17.5% of the base salary through Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan.
