Job Responsibilities:

  1. Territory Business Plan Development:

    • Formulate, develop, write, and communicate territory business plans, monitoring the execution to ensure successful outcomes.
  2. Sales Execution & Strategy:

    • Use market and customer insights to inform sales planning and execution, assessing customer needs to deliver appropriate tools and resources.
  3. Collaboration & Teamwork:

    • Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration across departments and functions to achieve business goals.
  4. Customer Engagement & Performance:

    • Drive performance by bringing relevant resources to meet customer (Account and/or HCP) needs, improving sales outcomes.
  5. Compliance & Policy Adherence:

    • Consistently follow and support company policies and industry regulations.

Key Qualifications:

MUST-HAVE:

  1. Experience:

    • 5-10 years of prior pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
  2. Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree required OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  3. Sales Planning & Execution:

    • Proven ability to create, develop, and execute territory business plans.
  4. Collaboration Skills:

    • Strong history of effective teamwork and collaboration across different teams and functions.
  5. Analytical Skills:

    • Demonstrated ability to use market/customer insights to inform decisions and improve sales outcomes.
  6. Compliance & Integrity:

    • A consistent track record of supporting and adhering to company policies.

NICE-TO-HAVE:

  1. Specialty Experience:

    • Experience and expertise in Rare Diseases, Cariology, Hematology-Oncology, or Neurology preferred.
  2. Product Launch Experience:

    • Experience with product launches is preferred.
  3. Hospital Sales Experience:

    • Previous experience in hospital sales, including calling on large academic centers and hospital systems.

    • St. Louis, Joplin, Springfield, and North to the Iowa state line.
  2. Work Location:

    • Remote - Field-Based.
