About the Role:
ICON plc, a global leader in healthcare intelligence and clinical research, is seeking a Senior Clinical Data Science Programmer to join its Biometrics Portfolio team. This role demands a technically proficient individual with strong SQL skills and a deep understanding of clinical data environments, visualization design, and data flow in data management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage Data Management Reports and Listings including Clean Patient Tracker, DM Metrics, coding listings, and more.
Utilize advanced SQL skills to support clinical data management processes.
Design data visualizations and interpret end-to-end data flow within clinical trials.
Manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining high attention to detail.
Collaborate cross-functionally in a matrix environment; influence without direct authority.
Apply GCP guidelines and CDISC/SDTM standards across clinical data programming activities.
Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and team-building abilities.
Your Profile:
Graduation in a Life Sciences-related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Location preference: Chennai or Bangalore.
