The Omnichannel pillar within GTMC is responsible for defining best-in-class engagement strategies, standardizing processes across global markets, and driving excellence in digital content creation.
The Scientific Writer (Omnichannel) role, based at the Hyderabad Hub, supports this transformation by creating impactful, compliant, and data-driven scientific content that enhances brand visibility and customer engagement.
🧩 Main Responsibilities
✍️ Content Creation & Management
Create, review, and manage end-to-end scientific and marketing content (branded/unbranded).
Support design enhancement, validation, tagging, deployment, and publication across multiple platforms.
Utilize SEO/SEM, campaign analytics, and AI-enabled insights to improve content effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) standards.
🤖 AI & GenAI Integration
Collaborate with GenAI teams for ideation, refinement, and quality review of AI-generated content.
Integrate keywords for SEO while maintaining scientific accuracy and readability.
Work with designers to ensure text–visual integration and seamless storytelling.
💡 Brand Strategy & Modular Content
Align with Omnichannel strategy and modular content frameworks (map stories, localization, retro-modularization).
Support claims and content component reviews to ensure brand consistency.
Implement innovative digital methodologies to scale marketing content efficiently.
👥 Coaching & Collaboration
Mentor junior writers to develop high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly scientific content.
Build strong relationships with GTMC pillars, brand teams, and design partners.
Provide proactive feedback, share expertise, and contribute to continuous content improvement.
⚙️ Process & Performance Excellence
Deliver assigned content within quality and timeline standards.
Identify and lead tactical process improvements for better efficiency.
Conduct content-need analysis and support yearly content planning with cross-functional teams.
🧑🔬 About You
🎓 Education
Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
Medical degree preferred.
💼 Experience
2–4 years of experience in scientific content writing, medico-marketing, or Omnichannel content creation within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Experience with digital platforms and content automation tools is preferred.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Adobe tools.
🧠 Skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional environments.
Expertise in scientific writing, SEO-friendly content, and compliance-driven editing.
