About the job:
Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) is an internal Sanofi resource organization set up to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. SBO strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations globally.
Main responsibilities:
People:
Maintain effective relationships with the end stakeholders (medical scientific community) within the allocated Global Business Unit and product, ensuring education and communication content is developed as per requirements.
Interact effectively with healthcare professionals on publication content.
Assist other writers in developing knowledge and sharing expertise.
Performance:
Provide publication/medical education material (slide deck, abstract, poster, manuscript, etc.) as per agreed timelines and quality standards.
Offer strategic support with individuals and institutions that serve as resources for publication purposes.
Process:
Develop complex publication/medical education material.
Support medical communication and develop subject matter expertise for the assigned therapeutic area.
Assist the scientific communication team in conducting comprehensive publication-need analyses.
Implement relevant elements of publication plans and associated activities identified for the year.
Collaborate with selected vendors to deliver required outputs as per defined processes.
Design an action plan based on end-user feedback to improve course content and delivery.
Stakeholder:
Work closely with scientific communication teams in regions/areas to identify publication needs and assist in developing assigned deliverables.
Liaise with Product Managers, MSLs, and the medical department to prepare relevant and customized deliverables.
About you:
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation for the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or academia.
Soft skills:
Stakeholder management, communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Technical skills:
Therapeutic area/domain knowledge, publication submission expertise, and project management.
Education:
Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, a similar discipline, or a medical degree.
Languages:
Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written).
