Revenue Integrity Analyst – Los Angeles, CA

Job Summary:
UCLA Health is seeking a skilled Revenue Integrity Analyst to optimize revenue cycle performance and ensure compliance across financial operations. In this high-impact role, you’ll analyze complex financial data, identify patterns, and collaborate across departments to enhance reimbursement accuracy and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex financial and billing data to support revenue cycle operations.

  • Identify trends and areas for operational improvement in billing and reimbursement.

  • Present insights and reports to senior leadership to support decision-making.

  • Serve as liaison with clinical and ancillary departments to align financial data and reporting.

  • Evaluate workflows to ensure proper charge integrity and reconciliation.

  • Oversee and audit charge linkages from ancillary charging systems.

  • Resolve claim edits, denials, and system holds using EHR and claim scrubber tools.

  • Train Patient Financial Services teams on best practices and revenue cycle procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and third-party reimbursement guidelines.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, finance, business, or a related field.

  • Extensive knowledge of hospital billing, coding, and reimbursement processes.

  • Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) and claim scrubber systems.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills using dashboards, Excel, and data visualization tools.

  • Ability to interpret government and payer regulations and apply to billing practices.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across clinical and financial teams.
