Role Overview

The Regional Medical Advisor is an experienced professional who provides medical and clinical expertise under limited supervision. This role focuses on overseeing clinical trials, ensuring regulatory compliance, and facilitating high-quality scientific research. The position requires applying medical knowledge strategically to support clinical programs, product development, and regulatory reporting within the region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the direction, planning, and execution of clinical trials/research, including data collection and analysis.

  • Contribute to implementation of clinical protocols and facilitate completion of final reports.

  • Recruit clinical investigators and negotiate study designs and costs.

  • Direct human clinical trials (Phases III & IV) for company products under development.

  • Participate in adverse event reporting and safety monitoring activities.

  • Coordinate and provide required information for regulatory submissions.

  • Monitor adherence to study protocols and determine study completion.

  • Coordinate investigator initiations and manage group studies.

  • Serve as a consultant or liaison with other corporations under licensing agreements, as required.


Required Qualifications

  • Education: Associate’s Degree (± 13 years) or equivalent.

  • Proven ability to work independently and apply subject matter expertise in medical affairs.

  • Strong skills in clinical trial oversight, regulatory reporting, and stakeholder communication.

  • Experience in safety monitoring and adverse event reporting.
