Quality Client Host Specialist
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid/Onsite at 8211 Scicor Drive)

Are you passionate about ensuring regulatory compliance and managing client audits? Do you have a background in Quality Assurance and a knack for engaging with clients? Labcorp is seeking a Quality Client Host Specialist to join our exceptional Quality department in Indianapolis, IN. This role is ideal for someone with excellent people skills who thrives in a regulated environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits as identified on the audit activity table and review audit responses for completeness.
  • Support liaison meetings, representing the QA function in operations.
  • Report on quality metrics for specific topics or departments, highlighting trends.
  • Ensure all activities adhere to required timelines.
  • Peer review QA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure compliance with Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance (RC&QA) responsibilities.
  • Facilitate and manage all aspects of client audits, including preparation, hosting, and gathering data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a regulated environment, with a focus on GXP roles.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory bodies and the ability to interpret and apply applicable regulations.
  • Ability to identify and resolve quality critical problems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey regulatory expectations clearly.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and the ability to challenge processes as necessary.
