Quality Client Host Specialist
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid/Onsite at 8211 Scicor Drive)

Are you passionate about ensuring regulatory compliance and managing client audits? Do you have a background in Quality Assurance and a knack for engaging with clients? Labcorp is seeking a Quality Client Host Specialist to join our exceptional Quality department in Indianapolis, IN. This role is ideal for someone with excellent people skills who thrives in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct audits as identified on the audit activity table and review audit responses for completeness.
Support liaison meetings, representing the QA function in operations.
Report on quality metrics for specific topics or departments, highlighting trends.
Ensure all activities adhere to required timelines.
Peer review QA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ensure compliance with Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance (RC&QA) responsibilities.
Facilitate and manage all aspects of client audits, including preparation, hosting, and gathering data.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences preferred (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a regulated environment, with a focus on GXP roles.
Strong knowledge of regulatory bodies and the ability to interpret and apply applicable regulations.
Ability to identify and resolve quality critical problems.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey regulatory expectations clearly.
Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and the ability to challenge processes as necessary.
