🧭 Job Overview

Manage projects to ensure quality deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company SOPs, policies, and practices.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage delivery of eConsent and eCOA technologies to internal and external clients, ensuring optimal strategies for successful delivery.

  • Monitor and supervise coordination efforts across project resources both inside and outside the organization.

  • Provide strategic and technical guidance for development, design, and configuration of eConsent and eCOA for customer projects.

  • Communicate effectively with customers to identify needs and propose tailored solutions.

  • Relay customer requirements to product management teams, advocate for customers, and communicate status updates on enhancement requests.

  • Serve as liaison between internal teams and customers, keeping clients well informed on project status.

  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to increase satisfaction and deepen partnerships.

  • Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans and timelines.

  • Manage project budgets, including approval of invoices.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within assigned projects.

  • Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings.

  • Ensure all work complies with standard processes, policies, procedures, and meets timeline metrics.


🎓 Minimum Education, Experience & Requirements

  • Native Japanese speaking or professional and fluent business level Japanese, residing in Japan (mandatory).

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • Minimum 5 years of related project/program management experience.

  • Pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred.

  • Excellent client relationship management skills required.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills required.

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
