About the Role
Sanofi is seeking a Project Lead to join its Real-World Evidence (RWE) Data Analytics team. This position will focus on advancing RWE capabilities to support studies and projects related to cardiovascular disease and diabetes. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Medical, Market Access, HEOR, and Commercial teams to maximize portfolio value and contribute to innovative analytical products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead research analytical projects, including project design and conceptualization.
  • Analyze healthcare data, such as clinical trial datasets, electronic health records (EHR), and transactional claims, using advanced statistical techniques.
  • Draft technical reports, manuscripts, and abstracts for publication and presentations at international conferences.
  • Advise cross-functional teams on technical expertise and contribute to the strategic direction of RWE for General Medicines.
  • Communicate complex analyses and findings to various stakeholders, including clinicians, health economists, and policymakers.
  • Manage project timelines and collaborate with internal and external teams, including academic and governmental institutions.

Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of experience in public health, biotechnology, or the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Expertise in analyzing large healthcare datasets and statistical methods such as data modeling and time-to-event analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in R, Python, SQL, SAS, and Microsoft Excel (VBA).
  • Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, data science, biostatistics, epidemiology).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly and concisely.
