Job Title: Project Lead
Job Overview
We are seeking a Project Lead to act as the primary liaison between our team and the customer. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise in reporting tools, and the ability to manage project deliverables while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for the customer regarding project status, issues, and queries
Demonstrate strong knowledge of the development life cycle and reporting tools/technologies
Work closely with the project team to set goals and objectives aligned with customer needs
Perform administrative tasks related to BI tools and support project management initiatives (PMO)
Monitor and manage workload distribution and assignments within the team
Ensure project metrics meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Participate in all relevant meetings and ensure follow-up on action items to closure
Provide assistance and guidance to team members as required
Adhere strictly to company policies, client processes, and organizational procedures
Desirable Skills and Experience
Experience in Argus Configuration and Support, preferably with the latest Argus version
Strong domain knowledge related to the customer’s business environment
Proven ability to manage projects and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools and administrative project support tasks
