About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with experience in Project Management within Pharmacovigilance (PV). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project execution, managing client communications, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables. This position offers an excellent opportunity to take ownership of critical projects and grow into a project leadership role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading meetings, discussions, and status updates.

  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.

  • Proactively identify project risks, implement corrective and preventive actions, and ensure alignment with client and business objectives.

  • Manage and resolve project escalations effectively.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes.

  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and client satisfaction.


Qualifications

Education:

  • M.Pharm or Post-Graduation in Life Sciences (or a related discipline).

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Project Management or Project Coordination, preferably within Pharmacovigilance or Life Sciences.


Preferred Skills

  • Strong background in process improvement, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Proven leadership qualities with the ability to manage projects independently.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

  • A positive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
