Job Title: Project Coordinator – Pharmacovigilance (PV)

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with experience in Project Management within Pharmacovigilance (PV). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project execution, managing client communications, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables. This position offers an excellent opportunity to take ownership of critical projects and grow into a project leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading meetings, discussions, and status updates.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
Proactively identify project risks, implement corrective and preventive actions, and ensure alignment with client and business objectives.
Manage and resolve project escalations effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes.
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Education:
M.Pharm or Post-Graduation in Life Sciences (or a related discipline).
Experience:
2–4 years of experience in Project Management or Project Coordination, preferably within Pharmacovigilance or Life Sciences.
Preferred Skills
Strong background in process improvement, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Proven leadership qualities with the ability to manage projects independently.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
A positive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
