Job Overview

Medpace, a rapidly expanding global Contract Research Organization (CRO), is launching a new office in Hyderabad, India, and is seeking experienced professionals to join as Project Coordinators – Core Laboratory (Imaging Services).

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile, maintain, and track project-specific status reports and timelines for imaging-based clinical studies

  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of Core Laboratory imaging projects

  • Maintain inventory and tracking of imaging supplies and materials for clinical trial sites

  • Coordinate and communicate with investigational sites, vendors, and internal project teams

  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates within project tracking systems

  • Support operational activities to ensure high-quality and compliant project delivery


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related life sciences discipline (required)

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Biomedical Engineering or a related field (preferred)

  • Strong proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office

  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills


Experience Requirements

  • Minimum Experience:

    • 1–3 years of relevant experience in clinical research, imaging studies, core laboratory operations, or related research environments

  • Preferred Experience:

    • Prior research or industry experience in imaging services, clinical trials, CROs, or medical device research


Key Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines

  • Effective communication skills for interaction with global teams and study sites

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Interest in imaging-based clinical trials and Core Laboratory operations
