Medpace, a rapidly expanding global Contract Research Organization (CRO), is launching a new office in Hyderabad, India, and is seeking experienced professionals to join as Project Coordinators – Core Laboratory (Imaging Services).
This role offers a unique opportunity to be a founding team member at Medpace’s newest location in India. Founding Team Opportunity: Play a key role in establishing Medpace’s Core Laboratory operations in Hyderabad

Compile, maintain, and track project-specific status reports and timelines for imaging-based clinical studies
Support planning, coordination, and execution of Core Laboratory imaging projects
Maintain inventory and tracking of imaging supplies and materials for clinical trial sites
Coordinate and communicate with investigational sites, vendors, and internal project teams
Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates within project tracking systems
Support operational activities to ensure high-quality and compliant project delivery
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related life sciences discipline (required)
Master’s degree or PhD in Biomedical Engineering or a related field (preferred)
Strong proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office
Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills
Minimum Experience:
1–3 years of relevant experience in clinical research, imaging studies, core laboratory operations, or related research environments
Preferred Experience:
Prior research or industry experience in imaging services, clinical trials, CROs, or medical device research
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
Effective communication skills for interaction with global teams and study sites
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Interest in imaging-based clinical trials and Core Laboratory operations
