Job Overview
Medpace is seeking a Project Coordinator – Core Laboratory to join its growing Imaging Services team in Navi Mumbai. This office-based role supports imaging-based clinical studies by coordinating project activities, maintaining study documentation, and facilitating communication between internal teams and global study sites. The position plays a critical role in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of imaging projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Reporting
Compile, update, and maintain project-specific status reports and study timelines for imaging-based clinical trials
Support Core Laboratory project teams in tracking milestones and deliverables
Imaging Operations Support
Maintain inventory and availability of imaging supplies required by study sites
Ensure accurate documentation and coordination of imaging materials
Stakeholder Interaction
Communicate with global clinical study sites, investigators, and internal Medpace teams
Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth execution of imaging studies
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related life sciences discipline (required)
Master’s degree or PhD in Biomedical Engineering or a related field (preferred)
Experience
0–2 years of relevant experience in clinical research, imaging studies, core laboratories, or biomedical research
Prior research-related or CRO experience is preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with computer applications and project documentation tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, regulated environment
