Job Overview

Medpace is seeking a Project Coordinator – Core Laboratory to join its growing Imaging Services team in Navi Mumbai. This office-based role supports imaging-based clinical studies by coordinating project activities, maintaining study documentation, and facilitating communication between internal teams and global study sites. The position plays a critical role in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of imaging projects.


Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Reporting

  • Compile, update, and maintain project-specific status reports and study timelines for imaging-based clinical trials

  • Support Core Laboratory project teams in tracking milestones and deliverables

Imaging Operations Support

  • Maintain inventory and availability of imaging supplies required by study sites

  • Ensure accurate documentation and coordination of imaging materials

Stakeholder Interaction

  • Communicate with global clinical study sites, investigators, and internal Medpace teams

  • Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth execution of imaging studies


Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related life sciences discipline (required)

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Biomedical Engineering or a related field (preferred)

Experience

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in clinical research, imaging studies, core laboratories, or biomedical research

  • Prior research-related or CRO experience is preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency with computer applications and project documentation tools

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, regulated environment
