About the College of Pharmacy:
The James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy is ranked 31st among pharmacy schools by U.S. News & World Report and is the fourth oldest College of Pharmacy in the nation. The college seeks a qualified candidate for the newly created position of Manager of Graduate Programs, responsible for coordinating activities within the college's graduate programs.

Job Overview:
The Program Manager will oversee recruitment, program marketing, admissions, progress monitoring, and overall program administration.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform program needs assessment and provide recommendations.
  • Organize and track academic progress of students in various graduate programs.
  • Implement policies and procedures.
  • Act as a liaison to internal departments, external entities, and community organizations.
  • Assist with preparing and editing reports, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Handle readmission and advanced standing requests for the programs.
  • Work with Directors and other staff to meet enrollment, retention, and satisfaction goals.
  • Perform related duties as required by departmental needs.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Seven (7) years of relevant work experience and/or specialized training may substitute for the education requirement.

Required Experience:

  • Three (3) years of relevant experience.

Additional Qualifications Considered:

  • Supervisory experience may be required.
  • Experience managing online academic programs.
  • Experience advising and consulting students, faculty, and staff.
  • Ability to work with a diverse student population.
