About the College of Pharmacy:
The James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy is ranked 31st among pharmacy schools by U.S. News & World Report and is the fourth oldest College of Pharmacy in the nation. The college seeks a qualified candidate for the newly created position of Manager of Graduate Programs, responsible for coordinating activities within the college's graduate programs.

Job Overview:
The Program Manager will oversee recruitment, program marketing, admissions, progress monitoring, and overall program administration.

Essential Functions:

Perform program needs assessment and provide recommendations.
Organize and track academic progress of students in various graduate programs.
Implement policies and procedures.
Act as a liaison to internal departments, external entities, and community organizations.
Assist with preparing and editing reports, newsletters, and marketing materials.
Handle readmission and advanced standing requests for the programs.
Work with Directors and other staff to meet enrollment, retention, and satisfaction goals.
Perform related duties as required by departmental needs.

Required Education:

Bachelor’s Degree.
Seven (7) years of relevant work experience and/or specialized training may substitute for the education requirement.

Required Experience:

Three (3) years of relevant experience.

Additional Qualifications Considered:

Supervisory experience may be required.
Experience managing online academic programs.
Experience advising and consulting students, faculty, and staff.
Ability to work with a diverse student population.
