Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)

  • Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, medical diagnostic sales, or business-to-business (B2B) sales experience

  • Documented track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

  • Valid driver’s license with ability to travel, including occasional overnight or weekend travel

  • Must reside within the assigned territory or within defined territory boundaries

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in key therapeutic areas such as respiratory, immunology, diabetes, or other specialty disease states

  • Demonstrated history of sustained sales success in a competitive healthcare environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to targeted and non-targeted physicians and healthcare professionals within the assigned territory

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan to positively influence prescribing behavior

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with influential healthcare providers to strengthen brand loyalty

  • Utilize a structured selling model to maximize customer commitment and improve territory performance metrics

  • Apply knowledge of clinical studies, managed care dynamics, and healthcare trends to tailor product discussions

  • Customize sales presentations based on physician needs, patient population, and clinical priorities

  • Drive territory growth through strategic engagement and consultative selling techniques
