About the Job:

Sanofi is looking for a highly skilled Product Owner – SAP EMEA (CEP) Compliance to manage the SAP Service Management function. This role requires overseeing incident management, change management, and problem management processes within the SAP authorization domain. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing external vendors, SAP systems, and service management, with a focus on user access and audit coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Management: Oversee and manage SAP Service Management processes, including Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management within the SAP EMEA (CEP) authorization domain.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with external vendors in an onshore-offshore model to manage SAP Managed Services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Audit Coordination: Manage and coordinate audit requests, ensuring timely submission and communication with AMS teams and auditors.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between various stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and effective resolution of issues related to SAP Service Management.
  • Process Optimization: Apply service management principles, ITIL frameworks, and continuous process improvement to enhance SAP Service Management efficiency.
  • SAP Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of SAP ERP systems (S4HANA, ECC) to optimize service delivery and address business needs within the authorization and user access domain.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with SLAs, OLAs, and Contracts in both insourced and outsourced environments, while maintaining an understanding of SOX, GxP, and internal controls related to SAP platforms.

About You:

  • Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Information Systems).
    • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Service Delivery for SAP systems, with at least 5 years in SAP authorization and user access management.
    • Experience in managing audits (SOX, GxP) and internal controls on SAP platforms.
    • Experience with Agile methodologies and setting up governance processes.
    • Strong understanding of SAP ERP systems and ITIL service management practices.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office tools, and digital tools.
    • Familiarity with ITIL framework and incident management processes.
  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results under pressure.
    • Analytical, results-driven, and capable of formalizing solutions.
  • Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English.
