Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand quality and performance requirements for the process and individual targets

  • Conduct training sessions for new joiners on medical coding concepts and client-specific guidelines

  • Monitor productivity and quality during on-the-job training (OJT) phase

  • Provide structured and continuous feedback to trainees to improve accuracy and speed

  • Educate team members on coding updates and client specifications

  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to address recurring errors

  • Provide feedback to Team Leads on trainee progress

  • Support early confirmation of trainees by sharing detailed assessments with management

  • Maintain process records, QC feedback, and documentation

  • Adhere to internal SLAs and compliance protocols

  • Ability to identify training needs and implement improvement programs

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

  • Good knowledge of healthcare coding standards and QA methodologies

  • Capability to manage training effectiveness and trainee performance metrics
