Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Understand quality and performance requirements for the process and individual targets
Conduct training sessions for new joiners on medical coding concepts and client-specific guidelines
Monitor productivity and quality during on-the-job training (OJT) phase
Provide structured and continuous feedback to trainees to improve accuracy and speed
Educate team members on coding updates and client specifications
Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to address recurring errors
Provide feedback to Team Leads on trainee progress
Support early confirmation of trainees by sharing detailed assessments with management
Maintain process records, QC feedback, and documentation
Adhere to internal SLAs and compliance protocols

Strong communication and documentation skills
Good knowledge of healthcare coding standards and QA methodologies
Capability to manage training effectiveness and trainee performance metrics
