Service Line: Coding

Responsibilities:

  • Train new joiners on medical coding concepts and client guidelines

  • Monitor trainees’ productivity and quality as per OJT ramp-up targets

  • Provide structured, ongoing feedback and coaching

  • Conduct one-on-one sessions to correct repeated errors

  • Deliver client-specific and latest coding guideline updates

  • Pass on quality control (QC) feedback to trainees

  • Support Team Leads in trainee assessments and confirmations

  • Strong experience in coaching and delivering variant training strategies

  • Proficient in coding quality and performance evaluation

  • Able to adapt training methods based on process needs
