Pilot Plant Machine Operator – Fall River, MA

Location: Fall River, MA | Employment Type: Full-Time | Division: Manufacturing

Job Purpose

The Pilot Plant Machine Operator will assist in the manufacturing and packaging of Metered Dose Inhalation (MDI) products within a pharmaceutical environment, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.


Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing & Packaging: Operate machinery for MDI production, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Process Monitoring: Oversee batch production, maintaining cleanliness and adherence to SOPs.
Quality Assurance: Conduct process checks and record data in batch manufacturing records.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities align with cGMP, OSHA, and company policies.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and quality control.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with QA, QC, Engineering, and Packaging teams.


Qualifications & Experience

📌 Education: High school diploma (required); College certificate or university degree (preferred).
📌 Experience: Minimum 1 year in manufacturing/packaging of MDI or aerosol products.
📌 Technical Skills: Understanding of mechanical machinery and control systems.
📌 Regulatory Knowledge: Experience with cGMP and pharmaceutical industry standards is a plus.
📌 Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, wear PPE & respiratory devices, and perform standing/walking tasks.
