Pharmacy Manager – Customer Service & Operations
Full-Time/Multiple Locations

As a Pharmacy Manager, you will lead the pharmacy team, overseeing workflow, scheduling, and the dispensing process. You will ensure that each prescription is filled with the utmost care and precision, while demonstrating our core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct technicians in workflow, scheduling, accuracy, and the dispensing process.
  • Ensure the highest quality in delivering patient prescriptions and interactions with the pharmacy.
  • Assist in managing inventory, drug file maintenance, and policy updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer/store complaints with proper documentation.
  • Oversee and ensure HIPAA compliance in handling patient information.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the pharmacy team, including supervising, coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Assist in training new pharmacists and associates, while maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Communicate operational issues and suggestions to the Central Fill team.
  • Participate in the periodic review and updating of policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
  • Licensed Pharmacist.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Proven leadership experience.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in store pharmacy operations.
  • Ability to perform and oversee dispensing processes and record-keeping.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints.
  • Ability to supervise, coach, and manage performance.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain pharmacist licensure in additional states as needed.
  • Ability to perform job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
