Job Title: Pharmacy Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Management: As the Pharmacist-In-Charge, oversee pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with Board of Pharmacy regulations.
  • Clinical Role: Provide innovative clinical services, contribute to system improvements, and ensure the delivery of the latest HIV treatments to patients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members across departments to share ideas, implement best practices, and train staff.
  • Team Involvement: Participate as a member of the Tetrad Management Team within AHF’s Healthcare Centers/Pharmacy units.
  • Innovation & Best Practices: Strive for the continuous improvement of services and processes, adopting best practice approaches across the organization.
  • Core Values: Uphold AHF’s mission and core values in all work practices and interactions with staff and patients.
  • Advocacy & Networking: Represent AHF at internal and external meetings, conferences, and training events.

Qualifications:

  • Required Licensure: State Pharmacist License in the state you are applying for.
  • Experience: Proven experience in pharmacy operations and clinical services, with a focus on patient-centered care and innovation.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong managerial abilities to lead a dynamic team and implement processes that contribute to organizational success.
  • Collaborative Nature: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with multiple leaders and diverse teams.
