Job Description:
PrimeVigilance is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Associate with a Life Science or biomedical background (e.g., chemistry, biology, biotechnology, veterinary science). This role is ideal for new graduates looking to kick-start their career in drug safety. As a PV Associate, you will join a project team, supporting pharmacovigilance activities for a wide range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) from both clinical trials and post-marketing sources, ensuring compliance with regulations, PrimeVigilance procedures, and client-specific requirements.
  • Focus on triage, data entry, quality review, and submission workflow steps.
  • Participate in reconciliation activities for all types of received reports.
  • Work under the supervision and mentorship of experienced colleagues to support pharmacovigilance activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Life science or biomedical degree (e.g., chemistry, biology, biotechnology, veterinary science).
  • No prior experience required; ideal for new graduates.
  • A strong desire to learn and contribute to patient safety.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (at least B2 level).
