Role: Pharmacovigilance Associate (1–2 Years’ Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) from various sources.

  • Perform literature screening and assess abstracts/articles for database entry.

  • Maintain XEVMPD and perform EVWEB updates.

  • Draft and revise SmPC (Summary of Product Characteristics) and PIL (Patient Information Leaflets).

  • Conduct comparative reviews of SmPCs and PILs against reference products.

  • Assist in the preparation and upkeep of Risk Management Plans (RMPs).

  • Monitor safety signals and ensure alignment with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.


Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience in Eudravigilance, XEVMPD, and EVWEB.

  • Proficiency in ICSR processing tools like Argus, ArisG, or Vigibase.

  • Knowledge of SmPC/PIL preparation and regulatory documentation.

  • Familiarity with EU PV regulations, ICH-GCP, and signal detection.


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc, or equivalent degree in Life Sciences or Pharmacy.

  • Experience: 1–3 years in Pharmacovigilance, Drug Safety, or Regulatory Affairs.
