Key Accountabilities

As a Pharmacovigilance Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Administration Support:
    • Provide administrative support to the pharmacovigilance team, assisting with various tasks in compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
    • Work collaboratively within project teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate information management.
  • Case Safety Reporting:
    • Receive and acknowledge drug safety information promptly.
    • Track and file Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) according to PrimeVigilance’s standard operating procedures, client-specific requirements, and regulatory timelines.
  • Data Delivery:
    • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of information to other team members and stakeholders.
    • Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Language Skills:
    • Advanced English skills (both verbal and written) at least at a B2 level.
  • Experience:
    • Prior administrative experience is required.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Additional Skills:
    • A high degree of discretion when handling confidential information.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
