Position Overview:
We are hiring a Pharmacist / Pharmacy Manager to join our subsidiary company Ramunėlė Vaistinė in Šiauliai. This chain combines retail and compounding pharmacies, formulating medications tailored to individual prescriptions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide patients with detailed guidance on medication usage, storage, interactions, and potential side effects.

  • Monitor drug therapy safety and effectiveness through maintenance of medication profiles in a computerized system.

  • Oversee and participate in the inspection, stocking, preparation, dispensing, and administration of medications.


Required Qualifications:

  • Licensed Pharmacist

  • Proficient English language skills

  • Computer literacy

  • Solid understanding of:

    • Prescription and over-the-counter drugs (indications, efficacy, dosage, contraindications, side effects, mechanisms of action)

    • How factors like age, sex, disease states, concurrent medications, and food interactions affect drug performance

  • Strong patient counseling skills

  • Knowledge of relevant scientific principles in physiology, anatomy, pathology, chemistry, and mathematics
