Position: Pharmaceutical QA Specialist

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry (mandatory)
  • Local to Summit, NJ

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general support for the Global Patient Services (GPS) system and approve data configurations.
  • Create and maintain new accounts in the electronic supplier system (Veeva-SQM).
  • Create and maintain documentation in the electronic documentation system (Veeva).
  • Complete daily data entries in the Onboarding Tracker tool.
  • Support Quality Operations and Systems, including deviation management, change management, CAPA, and compliance guidance.
  • Contribute to Key Performance Indicating (KPI) metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with MS Office.
  • Ability to think clearly, act decisively, and communicate difficult observations calmly and cogently.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to follow assignments through to completion.
  • Innovative, proactive, and resourceful, with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Independent decision-making capability, conceptual thinking, and the ability to understand the impact of decisions with minimal supervision.
