About the Role:
Join Accenture’s Life Sciences R&D vertical as a Pharmacovigilance Services Specialist, contributing to the Clinical, Pharmacovigilance & Regulatory division. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the drug safety operations of top biopharma clients by handling case processing for ICSRs, MedDRA coding, submission and follow-ups as per global regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and resolve moderately complex pharmacovigilance cases

  • Manage case identification, data entry, and MedDRA coding

  • Process serious and non-serious adverse event cases

  • Perform mailbox management and report reconciliation

  • Submit reports and perform follow-up per regulatory requirements

  • May lead small teams or individual work efforts

  • Collaborate with peers, management, and client representatives

  • Expected to work in rotational shifts
