Position Summary:
As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (PSR), you will operate in a dynamic environment, building lasting relationships with healthcare providers while promoting innovative biopharmaceutical products. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a major pharmaceutical client, with guidance from client-side managers and Syneos Health Field Team Managers (FTM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets within an assigned territory through execution of a comprehensive business plan

  • Identify key decision makers and engage prioritized healthcare providers (HCPs)

  • Deliver brand-specific clinical presentations to physicians and other relevant professionals

  • Analyze territory trends and use insights to develop strategic plans and goals

  • Develop strong knowledge of product, competitors, and the healthcare delivery landscape

  • Collaborate with peers, brand teams, and internal partners to ensure a consistent customer experience

  • Manage budgets and support local marketing efforts

  • Maintain up-to-date records and complete administrative duties on schedule

  • Participate in training and adhere to all regulatory and company policies

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Life Sciences preferred)

  • Sales experience (internships, B2B, or pharmaceutical)

  • Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively

  • Self-driven with a demonstrated ability to exceed goals

  • Analytical, organized, and capable of managing accounts independently

  • Must reside within the territory or its boundaries

Desired Requirements:

  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience

  • Experience in diabetes, particularly SGLT2 or GLP-1 therapeutics

  • Background in B2B sales or sales-focused academic training
