🧭 Job Overview

Under close supervision, the Panel Administrator Associate 2 is responsible for routine data collection and outreach to pharmacies to promote participation in ongoing syndicated panels. The role ensures the quality of collected data and maintains consistent communication with participants.


🔍 Key Responsibilities

📞 Panel Communication & Outreach

  • Initiate calls to pharmacies using a prepared selling strategy to encourage participation.

  • Promote and maintain pharmacy participation in ongoing syndicated panels.

  • Conduct follow-up calls to increase panel engagement and data return rates, adhering to a prescribed script.

☎️ Inbound Call Management

  • Receive and process incoming panel calls.

  • Respond to routine questions; refer non-routine issues to the manager.

📄 Documentation & Data Collection

  • Prepare and mail hardcopy data collection documents to assigned panel participants.

  • Collect data and ensure that basic quality standards are met.


🎓 Qualifications

📚 Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)

💼 Experience

  • 1 year of exposure to medical products and/or doctor’s offices (Preferred)

💡 Skills

  • Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to follow established procedures for routine tasks and issue resolution.
