Job Overview

Accenture is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Associate to support global clients in strengthening and modernizing their compliance frameworks. This role focuses on control testing within Agile delivery models, helping organizations transition from reactive compliance approaches to proactive, data-driven compliance operating models.

The position is ideal for early-career professionals with exposure to SOX testing, internal controls, and compliance testing, looking to build long-term careers in regulatory compliance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

As a Regulatory Compliance Associate, you will work as an individual contributor within a structured team environment, supporting compliance testing and assurance activities.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Execute control testing activities, including SOX compliance testing, in accordance with defined methodologies

  • Perform testing tasks within Agile frameworks, including sprint-based execution and integration processes

  • Document testing procedures, results, and evidence in compliance with audit standards

  • Identify control gaps, exceptions, and process deviations and escalate findings appropriately

  • Support continuous improvement of compliance processes through standardized testing approaches

  • Follow established guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely delivery of testing activities

Experience & Qualifications

  • Any graduate degree from a recognized institution

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance, SOX testing, control testing, or audit support

  • Exposure to Agile testing environments or risk and control frameworks is preferred

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Understanding of regulatory compliance and internal control frameworks

  • Experience or working knowledge of SOX testing

  • Familiarity with Agile delivery models and sprint-based execution

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Attention to detail and strong documentation abilities

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively within a team and under supervision

  • Adaptability and ability to perform under defined timelines
